ANNUAL MEETING

 

Bethesda, MD – March 17, 2017 – Global Medical REIT Inc. (NYSE:GMRE) (the “Company”), a Maryland corporation engaged primarily in the acquisition of licensed, state-of-the-art, purpose-built healthcare facilities and the leasing of these facilities to leading clinical operators with dominant market share, today announced that the Company’s Board of Directors has set the date for the Company’s 2017 annual meeting of stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”) for Thursday, May 18, 2017, at the offices of its external corporate counsel, Vinson & Elkins L.L.P., located at 2200 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, Suite 500 West, Washington, DC 20037 at 10:00 a.m. (EST). Stockholders of record at the close of business on March 31, 2017 will be entitled to notice of and to vote at the Annual Meeting.
