Note 11 – Subsequent Events Amendment to Revolving Credit Facility On August 7, 2018, the Company amended and restated
its Revolving Credit Facility to (i) increase the overall capacity of the facility from $340 million to $350 million, consisting of a $250 million revolving credit facility (the “Revolver”) and a $100 million, five-year term loan (the “Term Loan”), (ii) extend the term of the Revolver to August 2022, with a one-year extension option, and (iii) implement a new pricing matrix. The facility includes an accordion feature to increase the capacity to an aggregate of $500 million. Additionally, the Company hedged its interest rate risk on the Term Loan by entering into an interest rate swap agreement, with a notional amount of $100 million and a term of five years, which will effectively fix the LIBOR component on the Term Loan at 2.88%
