Note 11 – Subsequent Events Subsequent events have been evaluated through November 7, 2019, the date the financial statements were issued. Interest Rate Swaps On October 3, 2019, the Company hedged its interest rate risk on the Term Loan by entering into two interest rate swaps with an aggregate notional amount of $130 million and a term of approximately five years, which effectively fixed the LIBOR component of the interest rate on a corresponding amount of the Term Loan at 1.21%.
